FAQ

How do I restore my purchases?
Open Store or Settings in Perfo and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple ID you bought with. Perfo Pro and all seven theme packs (Washi, Brocade, Night sky, Flora, Deco, Cloisonné, Dunhuang) are one-time purchases (not subscriptions); each pack is sold separately and is not included with Pro. They stay available for as long as Perfo is offered, so they can be restored on a new device or after reinstalling. If it fails on a fresh install, open the Store screen first, then try again.

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. Photos, stamps, captions, places and dates are processed and stored only on your iPhone. Perfo has no account. It goes online to two processors: RevenueCat, Inc. (United States) to verify and restore one-time purchases (app user ID, purchase status, and technical data including connection IP; never photos, name, or email), and the Perfo invite service hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) when the app opens or returns to the foreground (random install ID that can be linked to invite records; invite code; and, only when you redeem a code, a SHA-256 hash of the UTC date and connection IP that auto-deletes after 48 hours — raw IP is not stored in Perfo's database). How do I save or share a stamp?
Open a stamp and tap Save to Photos (a PNG with transparent perforations) or Share to use the iOS share sheet. To export a whole month as one image, tap Export this month in the album. Free users get one full month export; Perfo Pro exports any month, any time.

Perfo says it can't save to Photos.
Allow photo access for Perfo in iOS Settings. The stamp is still saved in your Perfo album.

I deleted a stamp. Is the image gone?
It disappears from your album right away. The image files are cleaned up in the background shortly afterwards, not instantly. If iCloud Backup is on, an earlier iOS backup may still contain the image until a newer backup replaces it.

Will my album survive deleting the app?
No. The album is stored only on this iPhone, so deleting Perfo deletes the album and the free month-export. Purchases can be restored.

How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com or see Apple's support page: https://support.apple.com/118223

How do invite codes work?
On the Invite friends screen, share your code. Conditions:

Your friend must enter your code within 7 days of first opening Perfo. They get up to 14 days of Pro as soon as the code is accepted.
You are credited up to 14 days of Pro only after your friend makes their first stamp (within 48 hours of redeeming).
Pro days count from when the reward is granted. If the reward syncs to your device later, the remaining days may be fewer than 14.
Each app install can redeem only one code. Invite rewards add up to a cumulative maximum of 90 days of Pro.
Rewards are not a purchase, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, are not restored with your Apple ID or Restore Purchases, and do not unlock theme packs.

How do I access, correct or delete my personal data?
Email cuifengwl@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request". Include the invite code shown in the app so we can try to find the matching invite-server record. If you also have the install ID, include that too (the app does not currently show it in Settings, and there is no Settings control that deletes invite-server records). Uninstalling the app does not delete server invite records; rate-limit IP hashes auto-delete after 48 hours. This applies to all users, including those in Taiwan and Hong Kong. We reply within 30 days when we can match the request.
